What to include for a fast quote

Give us the property address and a rough stall count. If you don't know the count, that's fine, we'll measure the lot from a satellite view. Tell us if this is a repaint of existing lines or a new layout, and flag anything beyond stalls, like ADA spaces, fire lanes, crosswalks, or curb painting. With that in hand we can usually price a standard lot the same day, no site visit needed.

Scheduling and timing

Striping paint needs dry pavement and temperatures above about 50 degrees, so in Maryland the season runs roughly March through November and spring dates fill first. Most lots take a single visit. We can come early in the morning or on a weekend and stripe in sections, so your customers keep a place to park while we work. Fresh lines handle traffic in about an hour.

We're based in Howard County and handle lots across central Maryland, including Columbia, Ellicott City, Elkridge, Laurel, and Jessup. One planning note: if the lot is due for sealcoating, do that first, since sealcoat covers everything and striping always goes on last. We're happy to coordinate timing with your sealcoating contractor so the lot is only disrupted once.
